Video Monday: A Couple of Conrads
It’s been a while since we’ve had Video Monday, so here’s Conrad Grunewald’s Irwindale recap! He barely qualified this time. In fact, 29th is the lowest he’s ever qualified. After that he took out 4th qualifier Chris Forsberg only to faced up against Daigo Saito for the fourth time this season.
Conrad Anker moved to Montana for “the best and most reliable ice climbing in the US”. While he spends a lot of time climbing in the state, he still manages to get over to the Himalayas where he has summited Mt Everest twice.
Peter Croft and Conrad Anker climb a new route on the Incredible Hulk in the Eastern Sierra. This film won the John Muir Gold Award at the 2009 Yosemite Film Festival.
