Last April I wrote a story about spring finally hitting here in Michigan. I started off at Ann Arbor Cars and Coffee and ended up heading to Parking at Pasteiner’s. Now it’s May of 2017 and here I am again, doing a story on the same two places celebrating the return of spring.
It was about that time of year again where I found myself wondering through the city making way towards the Javits Center looking for cars. Not that that ever stops me from finding bikes on the way.
If you ever find yourself in or around Naples, Florida, do yourself a favor and plan a trip to the Revs Institute. I’ll just say it now, this is an incredibly wordy, history filled look through the collection. If you want to read more on their collection and see the other cars, check out their […]
Private shooting range, Beach Lake, Pennsylvania
Over the past few years I’ve really gotten into wheels. Their design, their purpose, and of course the cars they’re on. While I was walking around RM’s open house looking at all the different disciplines represented, I thought why not make a post with of all the wheels.
Much like the North American International Auto Show is the season opener in the Detroit area, the RM Motorsports Holiday Open house marks the end of the season. Every December RM Motorsports opens their doors for their holiday open house. I can never miss visiting there because the cars that RM have in their collection are […]
March 28th 2016. It was grey and gloomy as I joined morning commuters on the LIRR to the city for the New York International Auto Show.
We had a pretty decent winter when I look back, but the last month or so, it got a little annoying. Cold, cloudy, rain and snow. Two weeks ago it was in between 20 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit. For being the second weekend of April, people weren’t too happy. But this being Michigan, this weekend, two week […]
GM doesn’t have an actual museum in the Detroit area; none of the big three do actually. Ford has some cars in the Henry Ford, Chrysler had the Walter P Chrysler Museum, which is now private. And GM has their Heritage Center.
December 1st, 2014 I had moved back to New York, shot a few events and bought myself a new camera. But 2015 is when I became an official Life Blaster and things really started getting interesting. It was snowing in NY that March so my first event for the year I escaped the cold and went […]
Last year I was invited to an open house at RM Motorsports in Wixom, Michigan. Before that day, I only knew vaguely of RM and what they did, but I wasn’t ready for the shock I got when I entered their showroom. A couple weeks ago I got a message on Facebook from someone who […]
Living in Michigan is a double-edged sword, anywhere in the all four seasons is really, but Michigan seems to be slightly different. As I always say, we’re the home of the Motor City, we basically have fuel in our veins. But when November or December rolls around we loose the ability to enjoy our passion. […]
After my two week adventure to Texas, for Formula Drift with Bohan, I had another event lined up that I’ve been waiting to get to. Just a few hours northwest in Connecticut during the first weekend of September is when you’ll find Lime Rock Park flooded with historic cars as old as 1920, running up […]
Most people know about Car Week, or have at least seen photos from it. The week before the Monterey Historic races and Pebble Beach, Carmel and Monterey are overrun with the most exotic cars in the world. McLaren P1s and LaFerraris can be seen on every block, and some the of the most desirable and […]
I live about half an hour away from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ann Arbor is an interesting city with the University of Michigan right in the center. It’s a high-tech city that is filled with businesses and shops that cater to the high-tech community and university students. Its also home to a few well known car […]
Every year the Minnesota Street Rod Association hosts its annual Back to the 50s Weekend at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. It’s an absolute must for any car lover in Minnesota; heck, any car lover in the United States. I personally look forward to it every year. This year just under 12,000 cars model year 1964 […]
In past years I’ve always found myself with very few reasons to want to travel into New York City. Typically I’d hop on the LIRR for the 40 minute ride in for things like the NYC Auto Show. But last year I’ve made the decision to explore the world of two wheels, and I’m not […]
